In December 2019, there was no home sale in Moore Park. The single semi-detached home on Moore Avenue currently listed and priced at $1,599,000 has been on the market for 74 days.

Annual Update

2019 brought 47 home sales in Moore Park, up by 27% from the 37 transactions in 2018. The 2019 sales returned an average of 5.7% less in the way of dollar value, with mean transaction values dropping from $2,857,324 to $2,693,362. The value increase affected detached properties, with detached homes seeing a 10.2% decrease to $2,823,226 while semi-detached properties increased by 15.6% to $1,893,167.

Entry into the Moore Park market now requires buyers to spend over $1,500,000 for a semi-detached home and at least $1,600,000 for a detached home. Buyers continue to look for homes in midtown while low inventory persists as a driver of competitive bidding.
